work place bloopers, part II

her: (sarcastic) "ako si blahblahblah.miss.shitface.blahblahblah. inaantay namin yung pang-chemo ng kapatid ko."
me: "ay ma'am napa-dispatch na po. on the way...."
her: (interrupts me even before i finish what im saying) "on the way na? saan papunta? SA LANGIT?!
me: (((SPEECHLESS)))
-unfortunately, i had to talk with this rude lady. it's not like we're not doing anything to bring her meds to her. dapat nga hindi na namin idedeliver. utang na loob, ang lapit ng phil. heart center sa sterten ah. ang tamad. and hindi lang naman sila ang patients na nag-aantay ng gamot. it just so happened na uber toxic and no delivery man had come back to the office yet. gawd. people. RUDE people. pfft.
