things that the singaporeans did that made me go, "WHAT THE?!"
1.) GM (General Manager) keeps a wad of tissues in his pocket.
- and i'm not talkin about kleenex. im talkin about table napkins. ohh yeah. it's like he asked for a whole bunch of 'em from the waiters and kept it in his pockets. weird.
2.) GM carries a bag of Robitussin candies wherever he goes.
- now where did he get those? (singapore, you stupid ass.) i want a bag of those. err... make that two.
3.) GM keeps 5 different colors of highlighters in his bag.
- there were five. REALLY. pink. blue. yellow. green. and orange. MM (Marketing Manager) asks for a highlighter and he goes, "what color?" hahaha. i swear i almost lost it at that one.
4.) MM saying "lah" after every freakin' sentence.
- "whichevuh, lah." "we could just wait for them, lah." singaporeans say "lah." she's MALAYSIAN.
5.) icky armpit hairs.
- i'm not saying whose. @_@
6.) AM (Accounting Manager) wants us to walk from makati shang to valero. (er.. the street after that.)
- i know it's quite near and i don't have a problem with walking. but it's freakin' noon and was hella hot. she wanted to see me bleed. i swear.
7.) MM looks a hell lot like my aunt.
- the way she talks. the way she walks. brrrr. freaky resemblance.
8.) GM asks for corned beef in a greenbelt resto.
- if i only knew he wanted corned beef, i would've just brought him some. ako pa magluluto. special. haha. :D

- what's wrong with carrying extra tissue around with you? i do that all the time.
in case of emergencies. you never know when you'll need 'em. ;)
- i heard that sentro (in greenbelt 3 next to bubba gump's) serves sinigang na corned beef. :)

on second thought, he was NURSING A COLD when he was here. i found it weird lang cos the wad of tissues was in his pockets... the whole freakin time. even the day after. ang sobrang madami, i swear. normally, people would bring a hanky if not, kleenex. but his was those crepe (spell?) paper-type tissues.
but then again, what would i know about being NORMAL? hehe.
on the corned beef thing: so THAT was the resto he was talking about. obviously, i'm not a greenbelt person. im not even a makati person.. but that's another story.
anyway...
apparently, he has a brother that stays in makati and told him about the resto. since wala sa masa nung corned beef, we ended up ordering food for them. we had them eat, inihaw na tuna belly, another grilled fish i dunno the name of, then kare-kare, then sisig, then crispy pata. and mango caramel crepes for dessert.
they were all so skinny so we thought a storm of cholesterol and calories seepin' through their system wouldn't hurt them one bit. :D nagustuhan naman nila yung food. buti na lang. ^_^
oo nga eh. i haven't had time to update. super busy. even the weekend. you know, with granma still here. she'll be leavin on the 15th though. :( siguro after this week i'll be able to update more often na. there's so much to blog about pa naman. ESPECIALLY the MRT trips. really really reeeallyyyy interesting.
